We only collect the data necessary to provide our services:

• Order data: first and last name, billing and delivery address, email, phone number.
• Payment data: processed securely by our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Twint, etc.). We do not have access to your full banking details.
• Browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, pages and products viewed, cart contents, through cookies and measurement tools.
• Advertising data: information about your activity on the site, shared with our advertising partners where you have consented (see section 6).
• Newsletter (if you subscribe): email address and marketing preferences.
• Age verification: your confirmation that you are of legal drinking age, kept for the duration of your visit.

6. Advertising and audience measurement

We use the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. on this site, subject to your consent.

When you view our pages, add a product to your cart or place an order, certain information is sent to Meta, both from your browser and from our servers: pages and products viewed, cart contents, order value, as well as contact details (email address, phone number, name, address) transmitted in hashed form, meaning transformed so that they cannot be read directly.

This data allows us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and to show relevant ads to people likely to be interested in our products.

You can limit this use through the "Off-Facebook Activity" settings of your Meta account, or by declining non-essential cookies in our consent banner.

7. Sharing data with third parties

We never sell your data. We share it only with:

• Our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Twint, etc.)
• Our logistics partners (carriers, postal services)
• Our technical providers (Shopify, hosting providers, emailing tools)
• Our advertising partners: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., for measuring and targeting our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, where you have consented

These partners process your data solely as necessary to provide their services or for the purposes described in this Policy.

8. International data transfers

We currently sell only within Switzerland. Some of our providers are nevertheless based abroad, in particular in the European Union, Canada and the United States.

These transfers take place on the basis of safeguards recognised under Swiss law: an adequacy decision of the Federal Council, or standard contractual clauses accompanied by appropriate protective measures.

9. Data retention

• Order data is kept for as long as required by legal obligations (invoicing, VAT, etc.), which is ten years.
• Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
• Browsing and advertising data is kept in line with the retention periods applied by the tools used, generally from a few months to two years.

10. Protection of minors

The sale of alcohol is prohibited to persons under the age of 18 in Switzerland.

We require age verification when entering our site and reserve the right to request proof of age when an order is placed.

Our advertising is not directed at persons under the age of 18 and is served with the age restrictions provided by the platforms concerned.
