1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all orders placed on the website www.luyudrinks.ch, operated by LUYU Sàrl (the “Seller”), by any individual of legal age or any legal entity (the “Customer”).

By confirming an order, the Customer fully and unreservedly accepts these T&Cs.

3. Products

The products offered are handcrafted liqueurs made from teas and infusions, made in Switzerland.

The main characteristics (description, volume, price, alcohol content) are indicated on each product page.

⚠️ The sale of alcohol is prohibited to persons under 18 years of age in Switzerland. By confirming the order, the Customer certifies that they meet the legal age requirement.

4. Prices

Prices are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF).

- Prices include Swiss VAT at the current rate (8.1%).

- Delivery costs are indicated separately during the checkout process.

- LUYU Sàrl reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products are invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.

5. Orders

An order becomes binding once confirmed and fully paid by the Customer.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
- Non-payment

- Exceptional stock shortage

- Suspicion of fraud or abuse

6. Payment

Payments are made online via secure providers (Stripe, PayPal, Twint, etc.).

The Seller never has access to, nor stores, the Customer’s full banking details.

7. Delivery

- Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer when placing the order.

- Delivery times are given for information purposes only and may vary depending on the carrier.

- Risk transfers to the Customer once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

8. Returns & claims

In accordance with Swiss law, food products and alcoholic beverages are not subject to a right of withdrawal.

However, in the event of a defective or damaged product, or a delivery error, the Customer must notify the Seller by email at info@luyudrinks.ch within 7 days of receipt of the order.

A solution (replacement or refund) will be offered after verification.

9. Liability

The Seller declines all liability in the following cases:

- Misuse of the product by the Customer

- Purchase by persons under the legal age for alcohol consumption

- Delivery delays attributable to the carrier

10. Data protection

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy & Cookies Policy.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law.

In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are those of the Canton of Vaud, subject to an appeal to the Swiss Federal Court.
